Abolitionists4Life v. Kustra

Summary

Abolitionists4Life, a student group at Boise State University, hosted Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust on campus. The event included signs with graphic abortion images, and University officials forced the group to place warning signs around the displays and prohibited them from handing out flyers anywhere on campus outside of the speech zone it reserved. Another student group filed a formal complaint against Abolitionists4Life, alleging it had violated the Open Spaces Use section of the University policy. ADF filed a lawsuit and the University agreed to modify its policies and dismissed the complaint against the group.
