Summary

In February 2016, ADF sent an informational letter to Edison Community College, encouraging it to correct its unconstitutional policies pertaining to free speech. In early 2016, the College informed ADF that it was reviewing its policies and, later that spring, the College sought input from ADF on its proposed new policies. That summer, the new policies – incorporating feedback from ADF – went into effect.
