Fluehr v. Pennsylvania State University

Summary

Pennsylvania State University had several unconstitutional policies that prohibited students from engaging in speech, acts, attitudes, feelings, or beliefs that may may be seen as “intolerant.” The University also imposed a speech zone, limiting where students could speak on campus. After ADF filed suit, the University agreed to change its policies and worked with ADF attorneys to draft language that protected the First Amendment rights of its students.
