Justice for All v. Faulkner

Summary

Justice for All, a student group at the University of Texas, was denied permission to anonymously distribute a flyer that said “Life is Beautiful – Choose Life” on the university campus. ADF filed a lawsuit on behalf of JFA and the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that the campus grounds are a designed public forum for university students, and that anonymous leafleting is protected speech.
