Summary

In June 2014, ADF sent an information letter to Prince George’s Community College in Maryland, encouraging it to correct its unconstitutional speech codes and restrictions on student group’s free association rights. The University responded and informed ADF that it was reviewing its policies and welcomed input from ADF. The University subsequently implemented policy changes based on the information provided by ADF.
