Summary

A student at Spokane Falls Community College in Washington, along with a Christian student group at the College, planned a pro-life event for the anniversary of Roe v. Wade. The College told the student that the event must include pro-abortion content based on a college policy that prohibited “one-sided” speech. Officials later backed down and said they could hold the event, but then threatened the students with expulsion if the event went forward. After ADF filed suit the school revised the subject policies, paid damages, and settled the case.
