Students for Life at the University of Michigan

Summary

When a pro-life club at University of Michigan invited Dr. Alveda King to speak, protesting groups hinted at violence. As a result, campus police told the club they would be providing security and would be charge the club to do so. ADF sent a demand letter to the University, and officials subsequently removed the unconstitutional charge for security fees and pledged to review their policies.
