Turning Point USA at the College of DuPage

Summary

In 2015, Students in the process of forming a Turning Point USA chapter at the College of DuPage in Illinois were handing out Constitutions and pro-free speech flyers on the campus when a campus police officer demanded they leave the campus and threatened to “lock you up.” ADF sent a demand letter to the college, insisting that it revise its policies to protect the First Amendment rights of students.
