Alpha Delta Chi v. Reed

Summary

In 2005, four separate Christian student groups, three at San Diego State University and one at California State University Long Beach, were denied recognized status because they limit voting membership and leadership to Christians. ADF filed suit and to protect the club’s faith-based requirements, but the Court ruled in favor of the University.
