Beta Upsilon Chi at the University of Oklahoma

Summary

In 2012, the Brothers Under Christ chapter at University of Oklahoma risked losing its status as an approved student group because its constitution set forth faith-based standards for members and leaders. After a University official refused to approve the group’s constitution, ADF sent a demand letter insisting the school recognize Brothers Under Christ. The University responded and agreed to recognize the group as an independent Greek organization.
