Candler v. Jenkins

Summary
In 2012, Louisiana State University had a speech zone policy that limited student literature distribution to a single location on campus. ADF filed a lawsuit challenging the policy, on behalf of a student who hoped to participate in the Pro-Life Day of Silent Solidarity. The University subsequently agreed to change its policy to protect the First Amendment rights of students and to allow them to distribute literature almost anywhere on campus and without prior approval.
