Summary

In 2008, Carolina Students for Life, a student group at University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, applied for and received student funding from UNC to bring the Justice for All display to campus. Some students at the University responded by persuading some student senators to propose a resolution to commence an ethics investigation against the CSFL members. ADF advised CSFL during the course of the Senate’s deliberations on the resolution and, ultimately, the resolution failed.
