Summary

In 2012, Christian student group Chi Alpha Campus Ministries at St. Cloud State University was ordered to place a non-discrimination clause in its constitution and bylaws, or risk losing official recognition. This would have denied the group the right to retain faith-based requirements for members and leaders. ADF provided support and advice to Chi Alpha, and the group was successful in obtaining recognition while retaining its faith-based requirements for members and leaders.
