Summary

In November 2013, ADF sent an informational letter to City Colleges of Chicago, encouraging it to correct its unconstitutional student fee funding policy. Within approximately a month, the general counsel for City Colleges informed ADF that he was drafting a revised policy based on the letter’s guidance. By March 31, 2014, the College had a new policy that allows for funding of religious speech.
