Grace Christian Life v. Woodson

Summary

In 2015, students involved with Grace Christian Life, a student group at North Carolina State University, were prevented from initiating conversations in the student union because of a school policy require 5 days advance notice before any oral or written communications on campus. After ADF filed a lawsuit in partnership with Bancroft PLLC, a federal court issued a preliminary injunction against the policy, and the University settled.
