Summary

In June 2016, ADF sent an information letter to Isothermal Community College in North Carolina, addressing its unconstitutional speech codes, speech zones, student fee policies, and policies restricting the free association rights fo student groups. The College responded and stated it was reviewing and revising its policies based on the information provided by ADF. The College also invited ADF to provide input on draft policy revisions and subsequently adopted policies that protected the First Amendment rights of its students.
