Summary

Maranatha Christian Fellowship and International Student Outreach were both recognized student groups at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities. However, the University denied the groups’ applications to renew their recognition because the University claimed that both constitutions needed to be changed.

ADF attorneys helped both groups revise their constitutions to ensure the groups’ rights were protected. After reviewing the revised constitutions, the University recognized both student groups.
