Maranatha Christian Fellowship v. Regents of the Board

Summary
The University of Minnesota informed Maranatha Christian Fellowship that it would be required to allow persons who do not share its religious beliefs to serve as leaders in the group. Failure to do so would mean the group would not be recognized as an official club, allowed to meet on campus, or have access to funding. After ADF filed suit for the group, the University agreed to amend its policies and model constitution for student groups to include language that would protect the rights of religious groups.
