Summary

The Pro-Life Collegians student group at Middle Tennessee State University sought to hold a Justice For All event on campus in the spring of 2010. When the group’s president met with the vice president of student affairs, he informed her that security would be required and charged to the group. ADF contacted the University and the school subsequently agreed not to charge the group security fees.
