Summary

A religious student group at Savannah State University in Georgia was suspended and charged with hazing because of a foot-washing ceremony they include at the conclusion of a discipleship class. ADF and an allied organization, National Legal Foundation, filed suit against the school, which subsequently settled the case, allowing the club back on campus.
