Summary

In June 2013, ADF sent an informational letter to Shawnee State University in Ohio, encouraging it to correct its unconstitutional speech codes and policies governing student organizations. Eventually, the University responded and informed ADF that it had updated its student organization guidelines in response to the information provided by ADF.
