Students for Life at Eastern Michigan University v. Parker

Summary

When Students for Life (SFL) at Eastern Michigan University sought to bring the Genocide Awareness Project display to campus, the Student Government initially refused to fund it, saying it was a “political issue.” After ADF filed suit, the University agreed to pay SFL the funds it had requested and to remove the ban on funding “political and ideological” speech.
