Students for Life USA v. Waldrop

Summary

During the 2015-16 school year, the Students for Life chapter at University of South Alabama contacted ADF when the University limited the group’s activity to the campus’s limited “free speech zones,” and the student activities department edited her emails to students by removing any references to abortion. ADF filed a lawsuit, and the University agreed to fix its unconstitutional policies and protect the First Amendment rights of student groups.
