University of California, Davis Anti-Christian Nondiscrimination Rules

Summary

University of California Davis asked its students to reaffirm its Principles of Community after an LGBT group had its flyers vandalized. The principles prohibit religious discrimination but define this to mean only discrimination against non-Christians, with no protection for Christians. ADF sent a letter to the University which responded by taking down its website and responding that they would revise the “glossary” to treat all faiths equally.
