Summary

In June 2016, ADF sent an information letter to Beaufort County Community College, encouraging it to correct its unconstitutional speech code and speech zone policies. The College responded and informed ADF that it would review and revise its policies as appropriate based on the information ADF provided. It invited and then incorporated feedback from ADF on the new policies.
