Summary

The InterVarsity Christian Fellowship chapter at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo learned that the University would begin requiring nationally-affiliated student organizations to enter into “independent student organization” contracts, which were riddled with unconstitutional provisions. After an ADF CAF letter to the school it abandoned the new unconstitutional rules and IVCF retained its recognized status.
