Chi Alpha at University of Vermont
Summary
In 2009, the University of Vermont denied Chi Alpha recognized status because of its Biblical standards for leadership positions. ADF advised Chi Alpha and later sent the University a letter outlining Chi Alpha’s constitutional rights. The student senate voted to approve the group.
